stable: Change the codename from stable to bullseye

Change the codename of the distribution to use in /etc/apt/sources.list for stable release images. If we use 'bullseye' instead of 'stable' the upgrade process will be much more controlled by FreedomBox instead of being left to 'apt install' processes and 'unattended-upgrades'.
