Move workers and task status to the footer

Part of #557 (part of #400 (closed)):

  • "Workers" and "Task status" should be moved out of the menu in the footer on a "Status:" line

Blueprint says:

the “Workers” and “Tasks status” pages should be moved outside of scopes in top-level pages (maybe /-/workers and /-/queues ?) and the links should be dropped from the top-level menu. They can be hidden in some sub-menu or in the footer.

Current paths are: /-/status/workers/ and /-/status/queue/ which makes sense to me (top-level pages and nicely grouped, thanks probably @enrico)
