Add synopsis section and reorder usage section in man page

Stéphane Blondon requested to merge sblondon/blastem:add-info-manpage into master

A 'synopis' section is added, so it's more similar to other manpage. The 'usage' section is renamed 'examples' and the examples are in another order to go from the most obvious to the optionals parameters.
