rct2: Update to understand files from original CD and GOG installers

I've updated/rewritten roller-coaster-tycoon2.yaml and can successfully build .debs from my original CDROM and two different GOG installers. Preliminary testing shows everything working with openrct2 after applying a small patch to look under /usr/share/games/roller-coaster-tycoon2/.

Unfortunately it seems all the common .DAT files under ObjData/ are different between the initial release CDROM and later expansion pack CDROMs or GOG installers, which makes this file pretty large.

This is my first attempt at writing a yaml file for GDP, so I'm open to any suggestions or better ways to do things.
