Add Steam Support to KQ, PQ, SQ, and QfG

This adds Steam support for

  • King's Quest
  • Police Quest
  • Space Quest
  • Quest for Glory

I had to change Steam to support a list of paths as well as a single path as the documentation is scattered around a bit with a Steam install. If there is a better way to do this, I am open to it.

I also added the King's Quest 1 VGA and Space Quest 1 VGA versions that are not available on GoG. Personally, I think these games are different enough from the originals that both should be built. Police Quest 1 on GoG has both versions but the VGA version is preferred.
