heroes3: remove conflict with vcmi 1.0 package

Dmitry Baryshkov requested to merge lumag/game-data-packager:vcmi-conflict into master

Newer vcmi 1.0 package also ships the Mods/vcmi/Maps/VCMI_Tests_2011b.h3m file, so drop it from homm3-*-data packages.
