shivahkosher: New game

Vincent Pelletier requested to merge vpelletier/game-data-packager:shivahkosher into master

This is a variant of the already-supported shivah, but:

  • scummvm >=2.7.0 uses a different name for it
  • the GOG.com release changed about a year ago

shivah still exists in scummvm as a distinct game, targeting the older 1.x (1.5 ?) version of the game

This merge request is marked "draft", because I do no know what should happen to shiva.yaml.

It seems it may have targetted the 2.0 version of the game (if GOG version numbering is to be trusted) but with a significantly different data file set.

Should shiva.yaml be reimplemented to extract from the current GOG.com shiva_classic.zip extra, which contains the 1.5 version and is yet again significantly different from the one described in current shivah.yaml ?

I have included a second commit which is very incomplete, in order to illustrate what is contained in shivah_legqcy.zip, as a support for discussion/guidance.
