myst3: Add support for latest GOG release

The currently-available release on GOG is the 1.27 DVD 6-language version (EFIGS plus Dutch). Add its definition, and include the bundled manual. Also, drop the empty M3Data/TEXT/MacFonts.suit file, entirely missing in the 1.27 version and empty before that.
