Updated Descent 2 to support Vertigo Series expansion

Added new expansion package to add the Vertigo Series official expansion (e.g. included in Descent 2: The Infinite Abyss) to d2x-rebirth.

Also removed comment about whether the mission and demo files need to be in subdirectories. I confirmed this is the case when the expansion would not show up until present in the 'missions' subdirectory.

NOTE: The readme.txt included with the Vertigo series appears to be just the generic readme for Descent 2 version 1.2. I've merged that as an option for the normal readme packaging too. I've attached it for reference.
