debian: prepare 1.5.1

Stephan Lachnit requested to merge (removed):master into master

I reworked the package for 1.5.1, now including arch: any :) I also have a fork which is based on top of the master branch here. Also I noticed a couple of things in the debian/rules file:

  • The build options didn't work before, build options would have to be like 
    override_dh_auto_configure:
    dh_auto_configure -- -Dwith_daemon=true
  • They all aren't necessary as far as I see it
