Draft: Ignore LUA destructor tests on failing architectures with warning

This is a work in progress to ignore failures in Luanti's Lua destructor tests for some architectures. This will allow Luanti to run on those architectures but with the explicit caveat that memory leaks, deadlocks, and other sad things are possible.
