enable assimp plugin

Pavel Rojtberg requested to merge paroj-guest/ogre:ogre-1.12 into ogre-1.12

ideally the package should be also updated to latest 1.12: https://github.com/OGRECave/ogre/releases/tag/v1.12.13

which is API (not ABI) compatible. But I dont know what the correct debian workflow is for this.
