debian/control.in/main, debian/rules.d/control.mk: build-depends on g++$(DEB_GCC_VERSION)-for-host instead of listing cross-build-dependency per architecture. Also depends on g++$(DEB_GCC_VERSION)-multilib instead of hardcoding the version.
