[buster] backport fix for CVE-2019-3890 #926712 and for #926249

Dear Maintainers,

The first patch is required to fix CVE-2019-3890 #926712, which is causing the package to be missing from Buster, which is an issue for all debian users stuck with exchange/o365/outlook at $work. This requires a new version of libedataserver with a patch that is being backported via evolution-data-server!1 (closed)

The second patch is required to make the plugin work with office365 with strict AD settings.

Please kindly consider creating a new debian/buster branch for these, I'll then switch targets. I have tested both packages in Buster and it seems to work.
