• Set upstream metadata fields: Bug-Database, Bug-Submit, Contact, Name, Repository-Browse. (upstream-metadata-file-is-missing, upstream-metadata-missing-bug-tracking)
• Drop transition for old debug package migration. (debug-symbol-migration-possibly-complete)
• Update standards version to 4.6.1, no changes needed. (out-of-date-standards-version)
• Avoid explicitly specifying -Wl,--as-needed linker flag. (debian-rules-uses-as-needed-linker-flag)
