Rename source package to meta-gnome
I think this looks good but I'm filing a merge request in case someone wants to do this differently.
This source package was originally meta-gnome2 and then renamed to meta-gnome3 once we packaged GNOME 3.0. Although GNOME 40 wasn't really a massive change from 3.38, "GNOME 3" isn't a good label any more.
There is a meta-kde source package. Some other desktop environments use a different name style. Select examples:
- https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/lxqt-metapackages
- https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/mate-desktop-environment
- https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/xfce4
- https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ubuntu-meta (common format in Ubuntu)
It might take months for a rename to make it through the NEW queue, but we are early in the development cycle so there isn't much urgency.
