WIP: Use gnome-flashback and lightdm on s390x, and exclude gjs apps there

If we can't get s390x excluded from the requirement that tasks are all installable, then we will have to give it its own task-gnome-desktop variant with degraded functionality, in case people want to install the GNOME desktop/laptop user interface on their $75K+ IBM mainframes.

(Currently untested.)
