Bump gtkd to v3.11

Backport the patches from upstream to bump gtkd to v3.11. This fixes an issue when starting tilix:

$ tilix
tilix: symbol lookup error: tilix: undefined symbol: _D3gtk6DialogQh12getHeaderBarMFZCQBf6WidgetQh
