Confirmed fix for #1054629. But I wasn't sure what to use as the base branch as master seems quite out of date. However, I applied this against the debian/2.1.6+ds1-1 tag and built a new version debian/2.1.6+ds1-1.1 and confirmed my reported issue is resolved.
