• Change priority extra to priority optional. (priority-extra-is-replaced-by-priority-optional)
• Update renamed lintian tag names in lintian overrides. (renamed-tag)

• Bump debhelper from old 10 to 12. (package-uses-old-debhelper-compat-version)

• Remove obsolete fields Name from debian/upstream/metadata.
