The source project of this merge request has been removed.

This PR includes:

DFSG repack, replacing OASIS code with libnss
- Source patched to import from libnss instead of from third_party/*
Patched test to use a temp syslog instead of /var/log/syslog
Bump Standards-Version to 4.6.2 (no changes)
Remove old, rejected changelog entries

The new upstream version commit has been removed from this PR, this must be done manually after this PR is merged with gbp import-orig --uscan.
