Add the click-8.2 patch to fix the test suite

Thanks a lot for taking care of receptor in Debian!

What do you think about the attached patch that fixes a Python test suite problem with an incompatibility introduced in version 8.2.0 of the click command-line parser library? Unfortunately, the test suite still fails for me for seemingly unrelated reasons on my machine.
