libfabric: fix FTBFS on 32-bit architectures (Closes: #1102068)

This patch adjusts various ofi_* functions and structures so that all pointer-to-integer or integer-to-pointer casts match the expected size_t* or uintptr_t types on 32-bit architectures, resolving FTBFS errors (e.g., in ofi_cma.h, ofi_mem.h, etc.). It also corrects a series of type mismatches and compilation issues introduced by the recent OFI update.
