Review Bookworm version

I've started reviewing the book and making some changes/fixes. I would like to hear some feedback before going deeper into the process, and also I'd like to know if you prefer reviewing and merging small merge requests or is it ok to continue accumulating all changes in one request (still possible to review by commit)?

I expect to go through the full book before the end of April.
