Live: adjustments to the header

Roland Clobus requested to merge rclobus/setup:rclobus/live_header into master

This adds a summary of the images with a hyperlink to the description at the top. The user does not need to look for the specific file name, nor will accidentally get a build log. Additionally instructions to write the image has been linked to the FAQ.
