Update 10apt-cdrom-setup

xiao sheng wen(肖盛文) requested to merge atzlinux-guest/apt-setup:master into master

don't run apt-get update to update apt cache, this action will increase the whole install time, also bring some trouble in not network connection environment.

After Debian install success, almost every user will run apt update first before apt install package.

So, this apt-get update action is not necessary in d-i.
