Fix load_media preseeding

While building custom isos, I came across a problem with the load_media value. When I preseeded it, the installer throws an error.

According to the debconf doc, db_input returns 30 when the question is not displayed.

The db_input line which is about load_media is not followed by "|| [ $? -eq 30 ]" in the cdrom-detect.postinst file which explains why there is an error when it is preseeded.

With the patch provided in this merge request, preseeding load_media works fine.
