Hi, we at Purism are using flash-kernel for our dev kit images by default now, and with these changes booting Debian using boot.scr has become possible.

The change should be pretty standard, except that for some reason the kernel image is compressed and without changing the generic boot script, it's impossible to boot one, hence the commit detecting that situation and unpacking the image when needed.
