Change install path to make package usrmerge-ready

For grub-installer, lintian currently shows

  • E: grub-installer udeb: aliased-location [lib/]
  • E: grub-installer udeb: aliased-location [lib/rescue.d/80grub-reinstall.tst]
  • E: grub-installer udeb: aliased-location [lib/rescue.d/80grub-reinstall]
  • E: grub-installer udeb: aliased-location [lib/rescue.d/81grub-efi-force-removable.tst]
  • E: grub-installer udeb: aliased-location [lib/rescue.d/81grub-efi-force-removable]
  • E: grub-installer udeb: aliased-location [lib/rescue.d/]

This MR makes the lintian errors go away.
