Work around #933523

Sebastian Neuser requested to merge pzkz/grub-installer:933523/mount-efivarfs-if-not-previously-mounted into master

For some unknown reason mounting the efivarfs in the post-installation hook does not succeed in rare cases. This commit works around this situation by trying to mount it again in the GRUB installer script itself.
