Propose to install hardware related packages during installation.

Petter Reinholdtsen requested to merge pere/hw-detect:use-isenkram-pkginstall into master

Using the Appstream metainfo XML provided by each hardware related package, look up the hardware present on the machine during installation (looking at /sys/ modalias content), and map these to packages supporting these packages.

Currently uses the isenkram-pkginstall program from isenkram-cli.
