Draft: Change default font to BIZ UDGothic for Japanese

VL Gothic is widely used in the past, but it seems that it is time to switch to BIZ UDGothic for Japanese.

BIZ UDGothic adopts so called Universal Design which improves readability and visibility. So it is appropriate to adopt in GUI installer for Japanese.

NOTE: compared to VL Gothic, apparently visibility was improved to U+7A7A (KARA), U+623B (MODORU) for example.

These typeface was especially wrongly rendered before because of Han Unification issue.
