Correlation between coutries and currencies

This commit adds the co-relation between countries and them curreies. Also adds currencies informations such symbol, decimal number quantites, born data and countries that use them.

Create a new JSON file iso_4217-3.json with the historic currencies. The informations inside are: born date, end date, countries that used, symbol (not add yet) and 'replaced by' (for the currency that take the place).
