ISO 3166-3: Fix withdrawal dates of AN, CS and YU

  • Withdrawal of Netherlands Antilles (AN) was announced with "ISO 3166-1 Newsletter VI-8"1 from 2010-12-15; 1993-07-12 is the date of "ISO 3166-1 Newsletter III-47"2 which anncounced that the numeric code of Netherlands Antilles changed from 532 to 530 (a delayed consequence of the splitting off of Aruba)

  • Withdrawal of Yugoslavia (YU) was announced with "ISO 3166-1 Newsletter V-8"2 from 2003-07-23; 1993-07-28 is the date of "ISO 3166-1 Newsletter III-45"2 which announced that the numeric code of Yugoslavia changed from 890 to 891 (a consequence of the splitting off of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Macedonia, and Slovenia)

  • Withdrawal of Serbia and Montenegro (CS) was announced with "ISO 3166-1 Newsletter V-12"2 from 2006-09-26; 2006-06-05 was the date when the last former state, Serbia, declared its independence3.
