Apply multi-arch hints

Apply hints suggested by the multi-arch hinter.

• libjakarta-servlet-api-java: Add Multi-Arch: foreign. This fixes: libjakarta-servlet-api-java could be marked Multi-Arch: foreign. (ma-foreign)
