New upstream release jtreg 7.5.1+1

jtreg7.5 into master

New upstream release of jtreg 7.5.1. It is needed as mainline JDK is bumping the version.

Changes:

  • Update jtreg dependencies:
    • d/watch: update junit5 to 5.11.4.
    • d/watch: update opentest4j-reporting to 1.0.1-M2.
  • d/p/{codetools-7903760, java21-codetools-7903645}.patch: drop patches applied upstream.
  • d/junit5: add generated JRE.java source - upstream started generating it using gradle plugin. Since we are using pom files for the build, the plugin is skipped.

Test build [1] Test rebuild of openjdk-21 was done in ppa[2].
