Fix Java 21 FTBFS

This MR resolves: https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1053055

Changes:

  • add patch to account for the annotations present in Java 21

Note: the test file was removed in the next upstream release 0.10.3 so the patch will have to be dropped with the new upstream release.

Testing:

  • build in sid chroot with default Java 21
  • build in sid chroot
