Search fixers in /usr/local/share too

Hello Jelmer,

I tested lintian-brush --list-fixers after pip install git+https://salsa.debian.org/jelmer/lintian-brush and it looks like /usr/local/share needs to be searched as well in this case. Let me know what you think!
