Reenable firmware files for the Qualcomm Robotics RB1 (qcom/qcm2290/) and RB2 (qcom/qrb4210/) platforms. These devices are fully supported upstream (see arch/arm64/dts/qcom/qrb2210-rb1.dts and arch/arm64/dts/qcom/qrb4210-rb2.dts).
