Address autorejects

Cyril Brulebois requested to merge kibi/firmware-nonfree:non-free-firmware into master

Please find a new series of commits to prepare another upload attempt.

I was able to track down why we need a new source override, sorry to have missed it for my original MR; I still don't understand why we need a new firmware-qcom-soc override though: the expected format isn't the same for lintian in bullseye and in unstable, sure; but the existing firmware-qcom-soc_20221214-3_all.deb that's been accepted into the archive does the trigger this tag, and wasn't rejected…

With this patch series, bullseye's lintian emits the following tags:
