Update to 20230625
This MR updates the following packages to 20230625's WHENCE file:
- amd-graphics
- atheros
- bnx2
- bnx2x
- brcm80211
- intel-sound
- iwlwifi
- misc-nonfree
- realtek
I've also sorted the entries case-insensitive alphabetically first by directory and subsequently within those directories.
I've also moved several firmware files from misc-nonfree into their own binary packages which closes bug #1057786:
- intel-graphics
- mediatek
- nvidia
And added a cirrus package which closes bug #1031912.
PS: Don't forget to update debian/NEWS too when releasing.
