[arm64] Enable modules for Thinkpad X13s webcam

These modules are required for the Thinkpad X13s webcam to work, so enable them. Upstream says that you should also set UDMABUF=y so that is also enabled.

@ukleinek is this a candiate for trixie and should it be labeled for backporting?

If so we should as well close bug #1100036 then along the new changelog entry in the debian/6.12/trixie branch.

@waldi, interesting corner case, the backports-mr-pick 1313 will not work in this case as it picks as well up the changes from other MRs (!1301 (merged))
