Draft: [arm64] Enable modules for Thinkpad X13s webcam

These modules are required for the Thinkpad X13s webcam to work, so enable them. I'm marking this as draft because while these are modules and can just be enabled, upstream says that you should also set UDMABUF=y and that affects other machines than just the Thinkpad, so I am not sure the best course of action there and would like to get others input before I add that as well.
