Set CONFIG_PHY_TI_GMII_SEL=y for armmp
Debian armmp configuration used to have CONFIG_TI_CPSW_PHY_SEL=y. This has changed with 5.x versions having the successor config CONFIG_PHY_TI_GMII_SEL=m enabled as a module. Enable it to be built-in again.
