[powerpc/powerpc64,ppc64el] udeb: add DRM driver to fb-modules (Closes: #990016)

While the ast module was added as a kernel configuration option in 42910b11, the option was overridden to disabled due to the missing CONFIG_DRM=m option.

Enable the DRM subsystem as a module on ppc/ppc64/pp64el.
