Enable Kernel Function Probe configuration option

Benjamin Poirier requested to merge bpoirier-guest/linux:config-fprobe into master

This allows to use BPF_TRACE_KPROBE_MULTI. This is used in particular by the 'bpftrace' and 'pwru' tracers to speed up start up and teardown of tracing.
