[arm64] Enable camera stack for i.MX8M SoCs (Closes: #1055442)

Debian increasingly runs on i.MX8M boards. Enable them to use any possibly attached CSI camera sensor.

This applies to linux v6.6 and later. Earlier these drivers have partly been in staging.
