Enable bcachefs filesystem support

Enable the new bcachefs filesystem support and related additional feature support as module.

The bcachefs support is still marked upstream as EXPERIMENTAL and will require some more cycles until won't be marked as such. It is a promising feature long pending to be included. Further Quota, Posix ACLs should ideally be enabled.

The required bcachefs-tools are already packaged in Debian.
