add msgattrib call to remove fuzzy and untranslated strings, to create a good compendia, and link to it even if msgcat fails

Since Debian 11 bullseye it seems that msgcat creates the .po file even when failing.
Also in case of failure keep the old files for some days but not forever, to avoid problems of space in the server.
