Fix minor issues in libvirt 5.0.0 1

I was cleaning up old bugs in libvirt today. A few of them are already closed or got a bug update. This branch contains fixes for some minor issues which are not hard to solve but take time. I hope that this way can pick them up more easily.

Contains:

  • clarify libvirtd_opts example (Closes: #921713)
  • remove obsolete conffile (Closes: #920574)
