Link /usr/share/doc/* to /usr/share/doc/libvirt0

After these changes, the /usr/share/doc directory for all packages except libvirt-doc becomes a symlink to /usr/share/doc/libvirt0, reducing unnecessary duplication. This results in ~1.5MB saved on a full installation. More importantly, things look a lot neater :)

I have tried an upgrade from testing and everything seems to work as expected.

There's a bit of a question of whether the arch:all -> arch:any symlinks are safe, specifically when it comes to binNMUs. I believe they are, but of course I could be wrong about that.
